Submitting an appointment request online reserves your preferred slot for review by parlour staff. Our team verifies chair availability and dispatches an official confirmation pass to your email and phone. Walk-ins are always welcomed subject to chair availability.

To ensure our stylists dedicate undivided attention to your treatment:

• Please arrive 5 to 10 minutes prior to your confirmed appointment time.
• We maintain a 15-minute grace period. If you expect a delay, please call our reception at +91 82472 25663 so we can adjust our schedule.
• Arrivals exceeding 15 minutes without notice may need to be rescheduled to avoid delaying subsequent clients.

For advanced chemical services including Hair Botox, Nanoplastia, Keratin Smoothing, Bleach, and Global Hair Colouring:

• Clients with known allergies, eczema, or sensitive scalps must notify the stylist prior to product application.
• A complimentary 24-hour patch test is recommended for first-time colour and chemical clients.
• Our stylists follow manufacturer application protocols and use salon-grade formulated products. Post-care instructions (such as sulphate-free shampoos for Keratin) must be followed for optimal longevity.

All prices shown on our website reflect our official price menu card. Payment is settled at reception following the completion of your service. We accept:

• UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM)
• Cash
• Debit and Credit Cards

* Custom bridal couture packages or long hair lengths requiring additional product volume will be quoted transparently during your initial hair consultation.

Unique Professional Beauty Parlour is dedicated exclusively to women and children. We reserve the right to refuse service or ask individuals to leave if salon hygiene, modesty protocols, or staff dignity are compromised.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with salon services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh.
